A Kenzan is a floral tool, commonly used in the Japanese art of floral arranging known as Ikebana. Using a Kenzan allows for minimalistic and foam free arrangements which place an emphasis on line and direction of floral materials. Kenzans allow floral designers to achieve whimsical and airy arrangements which utilise less floral material than a flower foam arrangement as the mechanics do not need to be covered or hidden. Kenzans are environmentally friendly tools as they are reusable.
