About Us

Sakura Kenzan was founded by a Floral and Event Designer from Sydney, Australia.

All products are lovingly picked and packed from our Sydney studio.

Born through a lack of access to affordable floral mechanics after making sustainable changes in our design process. We enlisted a manufacturer to produce these tiny but mighty tools for use in our Wedding and Event design and decided to share them with you!

Small batch production of our Kenzans mean we are not overproducing unnecessary product quantities. All tools are hand poured into each mould and boast small unique flaws which do not effect the tools capability.

Floral foam has been used for decades as a convenient material which allows designers to create elaborate designs with a temporary water source. Despite its popularity, it has long term environmental and health effects due to its composition of micro plastic particles. 

Floral foam is a single use plastic and it is everywhere in the floral industry. 

There are many forms of floral mechanics which are more sustainable than foam, including the use of our reusable Kenzans.
